OWEN MICHAEL HART July 26, 1989 - March 29, 2007 In Loving Memory A year has come and gone, Though it only seems like yesterday. We wish we'd had more time with you, Before you had to leave, To say again how proud we are, Of the man you'd grown to be. We'd never ask for miracles, But today just one would do, To see the door push open, And you come walking through. If tears could build a stairway, And memories were a lane, We would run right up to heaven, And bring you home again. Our hearts so ache with sadness, And secret tears still flow, What it meant to lose you, No one will ever truly know. You did not go alone Owen, a part of us went with you.
